Palfinger Austria has been manufacturing cranes since 1964 and is recognized as a global leader for the design and supply of knuckle boom cranes.
Palfinger was the first knuckle boom crane manufacturer to achieve a Quality Assurance Approval to ISO9001. The company continues to strive to improve the design, manufacturing processes, quality, support and service of the products on a global basis.
Palfinger cranes are manufactured to the stringent European standard, EN12999, class H1-B3 the Epsilon Scrap Handling & Logging cranes are designed and built to H1-B4.
Palfinger cranes have a strong market presence in the Australian market place entering the Australian market in August 1977.
Parts and service are available from both our workshop and mobile service divisions. Palfinger support can also be obtained via the Palfinger Australian network of authorized distributors and service agents to meet your needs throughout Australia.
The design, fabrication, installation, use and maintenance of cranes in Australian industry are presented in two recognized Australian Standards.
AS 1418-11 Cranes, hoists and winches.
AS 2550 – 11 Cranes, hoists and winches – Safe use.
