Binksie Services’ workshop facilities are located at 1 Kay Street, Granville NSW 2142. The premises are owned by Palfinger Australia Pty Ltd (Palfinger Cranes). The workshop is capable of accommodating 9 trucks at anytime one time, our facility is large enough to accommodate a further eighteen trucks for storage purposes if required.
The workshop is equipped with a three tonne overhead crane, two hydraulic test rigs with the capability to test up to 480 bar (7000 psi). The facility is supported by three crane test rigs that enable cranes to be repaired or serviced which allows customers to utilise their trucks while the work is being carried out in our facilities.
Binksie Services have the capacity and capability to service repair and support our customers needs for complete mobile systems from PTO pumps, hydraulic cylinders, mobile valves, low speed high torque motors, complete hose ups, hydrostatic systems also including structural repairs to cranes, winches, earth moving and specialised equipment.
Installation of truck mounted cranes is our specialty, with computerised stability calculations and load calculations. Manual stability checks are performed on all cranes fitted in our workshop.
Binksie Services has the capability to design hydraulic circuits and provide schematic drawings for any specialised equipment you may require, repair and install specialised hydraulic equipment, e.g. wire winders, post-hole diggers and winches fitted to your designated chassis.
